# Contact Esteric DEV

The official contact address for Esteric DEV (esteric.dev) is **contact@esteric.dev**. That inbox is the correct way for people and agents to reach the studio about new product work, existing collaborations, or press.

We work remotely from Skopje, North Macedonia, with clients worldwide. We do not publish a walk-in street address or a public phone number. Email is the channel we monitor.

## How to write

1. What you are building (product and users)
2. The job you want Esteric DEV to do (web, mobile, contracts, wallets, SSI, or agentic AI)
3. Timeline and any hard constraints (security, compliance, chain, store release)
4. Whether you already have a stack or need one proposed

We read every serious brief. A useful reply usually needs those four points; marketing-only outreach without a product question may not get a response.

Timezone for written replies is typically Central European Time (Skopje). We are not a 24/7 support desk and we do not offer a public HTTP API to “call” the studio — email is the interface.
