Who is responsible
Esteric DEV is the controller for personal data processed through this website and the inbox contact@esteric.dev. The studio is based in Skopje, North Macedonia. Contact: contact@esteric.dev or the contact page.
What this site is
esteric.dev is a public marketing and information site. It does not offer user accounts, payments, or a logged-in product. We do not run advertising pixels on these pages.
Data we process
- Email you send us. If you write to contact@esteric.dev, we receive the addresses, names, and project details you include. We use that information only to evaluate and reply to the inquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it.
- Hosting and delivery logs. The site is served by our hosting provider (Vercel). Like most hosts, it may process IP addresses, user-agent strings, requested URLs, and timestamps to operate the service, keep it secure, and diagnose faults.
- Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may process your IP address as part of serving those files. See Google’s own privacy documentation for that processing.
- We do not use the site to run third-party advertising analytics, and we do not set an account cookie. Your browser may still store ordinary cache and security cookies that the host or TLS stack needs.
How long we keep data
Inquiry email is kept for as long as we need it to deliver the work or to meet legal, security, or accounting duties, then deleted or archived with restricted access. Host logs follow the host’s retention defaults unless we need a longer copy for a security incident.
Sharing
We share personal data with processors who run email and hosting for us, and only as needed to operate those services. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the studio, our clients, or the public against serious harm.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA and North Macedonia), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data we hold, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise a right, email contact@esteric.dev with the subject “Privacy request”.
Children
This site is aimed at professional product teams. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
